I am a man born in 1950 and living in Iwate Prefecture, Japan.
When I was 24, something very shocking happened to me, and I began to reflect on my actions and how it had happened.
I gradually lost confidence, and suffered for nine years with autonomic nervous system disorder, social phobia, and mild depression.
Looking back, I was denying myself. I had no idea how to get back to my healthy self, and felt like I was at the bottom of an anthill.
But I didn't think I was sick, so I didn't go to the hospital. This was fortunate.
I went to the bookstore almost every week. Fortunately, the second floor of Sawaya Bookstore in Morioka had a wide selection of books on religion and the spiritual world. For nine years, I bought and read various religious and spiritual books.
After nine years of suffering and worrying, I finally came across "How to spark your potentiality" at the age of 33, and I was convinced that this was it! This was what I was looking for! I felt like I had found the exit from a pitch-black tunnel!
When I was in high school, I saw light of heart. I wondered what it was.
Also, since I was a child, I liked blue very much, and I wondered why I liked blue so much.
I did the math and got ◎663○641. The first person's energy was two 6s (blue), which was exactly "blue".
In the opening edition and theory edition of How to spark your potentiality, Yasuhiro Shimizu, who lives in Morioka was mentioned in several places, so I looked up his address and visited him in early August 1984.
And I was introduced to Professor Yasuo Watanabe (pen name: Nokichi Miki). Professor Watanabe held a seminar in Morioka once every two months. This was also fortunate.
From then on, with the guidance of Professor Watanabe and Mr. Shimizu, I gradually began to feel better, like peeling back a thin layer of skin.
I practiced the Harmony Method for 5-10 minutes every morning, learned the concept of "How to spark your potentiality" and started to do what I could, little by little.
I didn't go to the hospital, I didn't take any medicine, and I got completely better.
If I do this, I'll get better, I'll grasp the truth, and I've got a lot of hope.
I want to make the science of heart = "light" my life's work. I also want to travel around the country as requested after I retire, just like Professor Watanabe.
When I was a student and wondering how I should live my life, I met Ryoma Sakamoto and decided that I wanted to live my life in a way that would change society like Ryoma did.
I want to change the world with heart = "light". I want to convey heart = "light" to people who are worried and suffering like me, and show them the way to gain confidence and become more energetic.
Now that I'm retired, I've set up a homepage for "Mind = Light Science: Practical Edition," which has been a long-standing concern.
There is already a content-rich website on "Mind = Light" created by Mr. Yukimi Hayashi of Brazil.
I have created "Mind = Light Science: Practical Edition," with the hope that it will serve as a practical guidebook for those new to the subject. I hope that you will make use of both.
*For now, I will open the page with the minimum amount of content. I would like to gradually increase the content.
Each time I add new content, I will write an entry in the update history.
